The Lower School Interscholastic Sports Program gives Brimmer and May students a taste for interscholastic competition in a fun and supportive environment. This opt-in program allows 4th and 5th grade students to have practices two days a week (Mondays and Tuesdays) and games against other schools such as Park School, Carroll School, Rashi School, and Chestnut Hill School.
A highlight of the year is the intersquad soccer game at homecoming in between Varsity Girls and Boys games. Our lower school student-athletes are supported by the entire Brimmer community. Parents, and middle and upper school students fill the sidelines and gymnasium to cheer them on at home games. Brimmer is one of the only schools to offer interscholastic sports for 4th graders.
